Clara - Synopsis ©

The year is 1915, Clara lives alone with her dying father wishing and dreaming to be free of this wretched life! She longs for something so different from the norm that she would sacrifice her entire world just to have it! After receiving word that her fiancé died overseas in World War I. Clara feels as if a weight has been lifted, and she can now live out her life the way she has always desired. Fear always at her heels; Clara buries her father shortly after receiving news that her fiancé Jack died on the front line defending his country.

Clara then meets Isadora through work, and the two of them hit it off as if they had been sisters for years! Clara with Isadora now always at her side, wished and longed for something different. In their world, however, to be unusual as they both were; one could end up behind bars for just falling in love. Do they break all the rules and continue to fall in love or?

The reader embarks on a journey to a different time and place, where to be atypical one could end up in jail, or sentenced to death for just trying to love!
